Privacy policy

This website is operated by Dare To Become Smart SRL (Luciana Elena Petrescu), the data controller. It collects only the data you choose to send when booking a conversation: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the subject you would like to discuss (optional), the language you use and the day and hour you pick.

This data is used solely to arrange, confirm and send the calendar invitation for that conversation, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box in the form, and the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you.

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), with the hosting provider Railway, and is kept for as long as the purpose requires or until you ask for its deletion. Confirmation messages and calendar invitations are sent through the Resend service, from the European Union (Ireland). The conversation itself takes place on Google Meet; Google processes the call under its own terms. We do not pass your data to any third party for other purposes and we do not use it for advertising.

This site sets no cookies for visitors (its only cookie belongs to the administration panel, for the site owner alone) and uses no analytics or tracking services. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to elena.petrescu@d2bs.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
